Holder of a Master 2 in Business Law and an LLM in International Commercial Law, I have developed particular expertise in business law, specifically in commercial law, banking law, and civil enforcement proceedings.
Since 2019, I have been advising and assisting French and international companies, as well as individuals, in negotiating their commercial contracts. I also intervene in the context of their disputes with their contracting parties, competitors, or banking institutions.
Furthermore, I have developed particular expertise in liability actions against banks following scams (CEO fraud, spoofing, romance scams, atypical investments, etc.) or unauthorized transactions.
I provide training in contract law for legal professionals and operational staff, and I have been a lecturer in security interests law at the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg.
In each case, I place particular importance on understanding my clients' activities and needs in order to offer them innovative, practical solutions that are perfectly tailored to their priorities.

Banking law
Subject to the existence of a conflict of interest, I can assist you in all litigation against credit institutions concerning the operation of your accounts, the execution of a loan agreement (mortgage, consumer credit, etc.), or your savings and investments.
Construction law
I can assist you with all disputes related to the construction or renovation of an apartment or house, including those resulting from construction delays, non-compliance, defects, or abandonment of the worksite.
Where appropriate, I will advise you on the legal or out-of-court remedies available to you and assist you in implementing these measures, including expert assessments, in order to best defend your interests.
Commercial law
I can assist you with all disputes related to the non-performance or poor performance of a contract, acts of unfair competition, as well as the recovery of your commercial debts and the drafting of commercial contracts.
Insurance law
I can assist you with disputes against your insurer to ensure your claim is recognized and that you receive compensation.
Civil enforcement procedures
Civil enforcement proceedings (attachment, seizure and sale, forced real estate sale, etc.) allow a creditor to recover sums owed to them or to take conservatory measures aimed at securing their debt before any legal proceedings.
The implementation of these measures can be challenged before the Enforcement Judge. Therefore, I can assist you both with taking these measures and with challenging them.
Security interests law
The law of security interests allows a creditor to obtain guarantees (suretyship, mortgages, pledges, retention of title clauses, etc.) in order to secure the payment of sums owed to them.
With my skills and experience as a lecturer, I am able to assist you in any procedure aimed at implementing or challenging such securities to ensure the defense of your rights.
Collective proceedings
On average, there are more than 50,000 business failures (receivership or judicial liquidation) in France each year, in addition to safeguard proceedings.
These procedures have a significant impact not only on the company that benefits from them and its management, but also on all of its customers and suppliers who hold claims against it.
Whether you are a creditor or a debtor, I assist you in all your proceedings before the supervisory judge.
